I did everything they said to do so I can still download YouTube videos and still doesn’t work. The converter still works tho.

I update my free version and you can’t download videos anymore but my converter works so far.

I've gotten all these things too and sometimes it won't let me convert a video to MP3. I'm currently reinstalling it bc it also says Real Player is incompatible with windows 10, WTH?? Here's hoping...
