Same issue as above. Attempted your fix but nothing has changed. I was downloading from YouTube with no problems with the free version on Dec 15 yet could not download anything starting Dec 16

The format is RealMedia. The video's are definitely downloaded and I can play them back as well as convert them but as I mentioned, I can only trim some of them. The trimmer shows "Drag Files Here...
