There is no feature to OVER-install. I RE-installed (without uninstalling) 4 times but at the end the same tag appears again each time. What am I doing wrong??

first time startup conflict
I installed RealPlayer successfully. An icon appears on the desktop. I try to start the program and the message "Windows cannot find C\Program.......\RealPlayer\realplay.exe" Looking in the Folder...
