Desktop pc. Convert to MP3 button after d/load states cannot convert, why doesn't my button convert, what have i done wrong/not done after re-downloading current version of Realplayer ?

I have re-downloaded Realplayer and can finally download again but cannot convert to MP3, if i try and find the download, it says download doesn't exist and it's not in my library. It was all ok on...

I have now got the downloader after a reinstall but unable to convert to MP3. Co-pilot states youtube have updated their downloading software again. Apparently Real are trying to resolve the issues.

I just reinstalled latest version, can now download from youtube but cannot convert to mp3.

This service is not worth bothering with now, why should we suddenly have to pay extra for what we previously enjoyed for nothing, i will not recommend Realplayer to anyone again.
