I have tried numerous times to download it to my PC, and the result shows a failure like the mobile phone. Therefore, I have cancelled my Plus subscription.

as Gloria mentioned it is not working. this problem is not just with YouTube I tried with others like Instagram which failed as well. my Activity Centre is full of "Failed to download" messages.
