RealPlayer Downloader will not open completely
The app window never completely opens. The Downloader icon appears in the task tray, but I cannot see the window to monitor progress or view previous downloads.

Unable to download videos
I have downloaded the update as directed on the support web site; however, that has not solved my problem. The software does not recognize that a video exists. The message says, "No video found a...
