The Realplayer downloader has stopped working on my PC again. The tab is there at the top of the screen but it doesn't light up yellow and can't find the video I want to download. Please Help??

Realdownloader update
I did all the steps to get realdownload to update and work but I still get nothing. Is there a more effective fix for this?
