My videos download and go to the player and when I hit play, the real player entire program freezes.

On Jan 23, 2019 I cannot play downloaded files in realplayer library
When I click on a saved video it just freezes and will not play the downloaded video. Most if not all are from the internet you tube videos. The whole program freezes and I have to hit close window...
