I can no longer download any videos nor will any searches done on real play produce any videos even to watch.

It's been 4 days since this unable to download began any idea how much longer it's gonna be before your techs fix the problem

How much longer is it going to take to get this issue corrected. I recently upgraded and now can't download.

I over installed yesterday when I upgraded. I still can't download any videos. The drop down box on no longer works and I only get messages on the real player that the video failed to download.
