I was finally able to get in touch with them. It was an upgrade issue. I had to uninstall 2025 and reinstall 2024. Then everything worked as before.

Real Player Preium Went Away
I have Real Player Premium, but suddenly, it went back to the basic/free version. I have signed it, but I cannot determine how to reactivate it.
