burned audio and video out of sync
down loaded video converted to MP4 than burned - video is out of sync with audio!

upgrade notices
every time I try to trim a video I get a notice to upgrade to plus which prevents me from being able to "trim the video" and I can't get rid of this notice! ob1canobe@comcast.net

Continuation of previous problem w/burning
videos noted as "ready to burn" but nothing happens when I click on burn video ?!!

Burner has been in "ready to burn" for 24 hours ! Only trying to burn 170 minutes on one dvd ? Please reply to: ob1canobe@comcast.net

After all that waiting,some how I got to "ready to burn" and it quits - nothing happens ! file types appear to be MP4 Again reply to: ob1canobe@comcast.net Thank you
