RealPlayer downloader not working, I have already updated the software and it still doesn't work, I have already paid for the downloading service and I am NOT paying again. Can you help?

Having the same issue, this is the second time too. Last time they told me to update RealPlayer, which I did and after awhile it worked...doesn't work now and I told customer service I am not payi...
