I resolved the problem. I ran the "MP4" files from Facebook downloads through Real Converter program and converted them to MP4. I could then burn the files to DVD

cannot play CD. get this message> Your CD may be dirty, or RealPlayer may not be properly configured to play CDs digitally.
CD seems to load, but will not play and get this message in a box over the song list. Your CD may be dirty, or RealPlayer may not be properly configured to play CDs digitally.
