Update: I deleted everything and uploaded 3 videos - 1 .mkv file and 2 .avi files. Neither of the .avi files will play and I get the error message, while the .mkv file seems to play just fine. It's...

Cannot play uploaded videos
Every video I have in the cloud won't play - i just get an error message stating "Uploaded video is being prepared for playback. Please try again shortly." This has been going on for 2 weeks now.
