I have been having the same issue with search. I notified Realplayer about 8 weeks ago about the issue and threatened to end my account. I am probably going to do that until they resolve the issue....

We just got an update today that had bug fixes for loading and it did not solve the problem. The original problem still exists. Your bug fixes didn't work.

Web videos will not load when I search
When I go into web videos and enter an artist or song and search, the screen shows loading and freezes there not allowing you to do anything. This just happened after the last update.
