I am trying to play a video and the screen is totally black and I paid for this download. I don't understand why you pay for a product that does not work are have a lot of problems with. I don't know why Media player is not playing either on this PC. Looks like you have to purchase everything now and you still run into problem, and have to pay for more products that does not work properly. It not fair and If this problem persist I just want to uninstall this software and purchase a small DVD player with the money.

To resolve the issue with the video playback in RealPlayer, first please make sure your Plus features are enabled. To enable them, you need to sign in as explained here:
