    To resolve the issue with the video playback in RealPlayer, first please make sure your Plus features are enabled. To enable them, you need to sign in as explained here:

    Signing in to RealPlayer

    Once you've installed the additional components, try playing a video again. If the issue persists, please try the solutions from this article:

    Sound plays but video is blank, frozen, or distorted
