refund request

I am requesting a refund for the purchase of real player plus I recently made. I am very disappointed with the program. My real player doesn't burn dvd's that will play on my home device. The real player also doesn't play my videos correctly. It also took over 2 and 1/2 hours to burn a disc. That's incredibly slow for a paid dvd burning program.

I am asking for a full refund because since I have bought the Real Plus, you never gave me any access - It means the program wasn't available when I tried to use it. You can check it for yourself I never had logged on the Real Plus.

You purchased RealPlayer Plus under edrniren@gmail.com. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

We are unable to refund your purchase as it was purchased a year ago on 3/15/2018. In addition, we don't monitor usage so we have no way to know if you are using the product or not.
