Cancellation of my premium account. Paid $39.99 now you have reduced premium from $49.99 to $39.99 You want to charge me twice. I expect a solution, or a refund ASAP

  We have not made any changes to our plans or prices. RealPlayer Plus is still sold at $39.99 and RealTimes Premium is sold at $49.99. You can check out our pricing page.
