    unable to download MOST videos off You Tube from IE or Firefox.  Example all songs on album Best Hits Duane Eddy will NOT download. What is the problem??? Thanks Bill

    followed your 7/26 instructions BUT still cannot download ALL youtube videos using IE. Most will NOT download.  How to fix?? Also unable to get download button when using Firefox.
