I don't download from YouTube to Real Player. But I can not download videos at all. Need some help please and thank you sincerely.

I use both Chrome and Firefox. Real-player use to work perfectly,....but now for the last year or so,...every single download I do,...the playback suffers from a greenish screen and pixels of larg...
