Download button appears, but nothing happens.

The 'download' button appears, but when I click it, nothing happens.  I downloaded Real Player again 6/21/17.

  To resolve this issue, uninstall RealPlayer and reinstall it as explained here: 

  Uninstall and reinstall RealTimes (or RealPlayer) on Windows

  I followed the directions to uninstall Real Player and it was uninstalled.  When I tried to install it again, I got a message that said it couldn't be reinstalled on my version of Windows.  I have Windows 7 Professional.
