unable to download video error message

Have tried all suggested help topics to fix the downloader, but to no avail.  Have had realplayer plus for years.  Old laptop die.  Purchased a new dell.  Downloaded realplayer and logged in, but can't get it to download videos.  Have paid for the plus and for the 20 mb storage.  Why doesn't it work?
