When I try to download videos from the web, the RealDownloader gives me an "Unable to download" message. How can I fix this?

There are a few different reasons why this message may appear. Please try the following solutions.

Solution 1: Change the video quality setting

This error can appear if the website has set the video quality "Auto 1080p". If you manually select a quality setting for the video before downloading, the video should download successfully.
