download incomplete refresh web page message

I have the latest realplayer 18 and have tried chrome and microsoft browsers.  I even paid for a premium software upgrade.  The videos start downloading from youtube, then stop shortly thereafter.  What am I suppose to do?  This program worked in the past.

  That was a stupid response.  I have reinstalled this worthless program multiple time from your site.  Tried multiple save locations.  The downloads always start and stop.  I have seen your canned response before to the same issues.   I would like my 39.99 refunded
