I have purchased RealPlayer Plus.  However, I am continually asked if I want to buy it or continue using the free version.  How do I get the site to recognize I have RealPlayer Plus?

  Please make sure you are signing into RealPlayer with the email associated with the purchase. The system will recognize that you have Plus.
