Real Player 18 Plus
When I try to upgrade to Real Player 18 Plus this is what I get. We believe you are already a member of the following service, so we removed it from your order:

But, as far as I can tell, I don't have it

We see that you have a cancelled RealTimes Monthly plan under your email address. Though cancelled, it will be still active until the end of the billing cycle which is on 2/13/2021. This is the reason you are not allowed to purchase again as you have the Plus version still active. You will be able to purchase RealPlayer Plus on 2/13/2021. Until then, you can continue to use the paid features. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
