RealPlayer 20/20 Update
I just purchased the 20/20 Update, but nothing changed. The download from the Realnetwoks website was a "free" download. What did I pay for?
Is there an activation code?

I recently downloaded the 20/20 update for Realplayer, but am now unable to sign into it.

This happened to me.
If you PURCHASED an UPGRADE to Premium:
I suggest you click on the icon, to open the sub menu the menu that opens when you click on it.
Click Sign in and SIGN IN.
The player should automatically upgrade to premium version you paid for.
This includes Upgrades to Real Downloader.

You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
