RealPlayer 20/20 install never finishes - need old version ASAP

After unsuccessfully trying, for 3 days, to install 20/20 on 2 computers...I've had enough.  The installation hangs 75% of the time and the applications don't function.

I tried to download the old version at https://cache-download.real.com/free/windows/installer/player/rt1/T10ENFI/RealTimes-RealPlayer.exe but the page won't load.

Please email me an installation file for the previous version so I can get back to work.

  First, please follow the uninstall instructions from the below link even though the installation didn't complete successfully.

  Once you have done this, please try once again to install RealPlayer v.18 and if possible with a different web browser. Here is the link.

  Thanks for the new link.  I did the clean uninstall and reinstall.  I now have installed Product version 2020.03.01, file version 2020.3.1.0.  But I still cannot open Realplayer. Plus, I cannot sign in to activate my premium subscription.  Do I need to go all the way back to RealPlayer Plus 16?  I need this to start working!!
