Upgrade
Issue 1: We opened Real Player and saw an offer for $24.99. We already bought this upgrade for our other computer at $39.99. So far the service isn't working on the other computer. When we looked at the available upgrades, it said "Current Plan" and had a price of $39.99 so we went into the account settings to see if it showed this plan. It didn't, but while there, we changed our password. Once we finished the $24.99 offer was gone and a $39.99 offer was in its place. We want the $24.99 offer that started all of this.
Issue 2: We bought an upgrade for our other computer at $39.99. So far the service isn't working. We can't download better quality videos. (Maybe we misunderstand. Does the program download higher quality automatically or do we have to select 1080 download? Does it not matter if the video is only 720?)
We also want to know if this price only applies to one computer. We have two. We can't figure out how to get the better quality downloads.

We see an active RealPlayer Plus purchased under your mexicophonebooks.com email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

Once you have signed in correctly, you will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer. This star (*) indicates that your Plus is active.
With every computer, you will need a purchase. Since you already purchased RealPlayer, you are eligible to purchase the second one with a different email address at the discounted price ($24.99). Here is the discounted link.

With regards to downloading, you will have to set RealDownloader to download at a higher resolution. By default, (if signed in correctly), it will default to 1080p. What this means is that if the video is available in 1080p, it will download in 1080p. Let's say a video on YouTube has only 720p resolution, even though you have set the Downloader to download at 1080p, it can only download 720p as that is only available. The Downloader can't download at a higher resolution when the source doesn't have it.
