REAL PLAYER CRASHES

Hi - I am having issues with RealPlayer on Windows 10 Pro. It seems to crash on many real operations - playing a video .etc This started in the past four weeks. The laptop works fine, no hardware issues, and windows security updates is up to date. Any ideas? Thanks

  It is possible that the library database is corrupted or something is conflicting with RealPlayer. Here is a solution for you.
