Hello
I have been subscribed to Realplayer 22 and I was asked to upgrade to add the new features. I tried to do it and when I click in the option upgrade it returns a page error 404.
Best regards,

If you are still wanting to upgrade and seeing the 404 error, please follow these steps.
- Open Windows Folder.
- Type "%temp%" (without the quotes). This will open your Temp folder.
- Select all files and delete them. (Make sure you are doing this step correctly. You don't want to delete the files from the wrong folder. You may see messages that certain files are being used by other programs. Simply click Ignore and move on to the next files).
- Restart your PC and try again to upgrade.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
