We see that you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express 22. To activate the features on this version, you will need to sign into RealPlayer. Here are instructions to sign in:

If you are attempting to use DVD burn or any other features that don't come along with Downloader Express, you will be prompted to upgrade to Plus. If you are not going to use DVD burn, then you can continue to use Downloader Express 22. To learn the difference between the various versions of RealPlayer, please click this link.

If you are still wanting to upgrade and seeing the 404 error, please follow these steps.

    1. Open Windows Folder.
    2. Type "%temp%" (without the quotes). This will open your Temp folder.
    3. Select all files and delete them. (Make sure you are doing this step correctly. You don't want to delete the files from the wrong folder. You may see messages that certain files are being used by other programs. Simply click Ignore and move on to the next files).
    4. Restart your PC and try again to upgrade.

If the issue persists, please let us know.
