    I inquired about a purchase 0f the upgrade to realplayer plus about a week ago.when it down loaded,it did not give me plus feature.hence I am unable to down load anything.since I have not received a re sponse,iwould appreciate your advice as to how we can correct the problem and restore the plus feature that I paid for.thanks,Samuel pope.

    Samuel, on checking our records, I see that you have successfully purchased RealPlayer Plus 18.


    Once you sign into the new version of RealTimes/RealPlayer, you should see a star symbol (*) followed by your name located in the upper right corner of the player.

    Note:The star symbol denotes that your Plus features has been activated.

    For your information, downloading videos is a basic feature of RealTimes. If you are having trouble downloading video from a particular website then website is not preventing viewers from downloading their content. Are you able to download videos from other websites? What is the exact URL of the video that you are trying to download?

    The more specific you are the better we will be able to assist you.

    I had RealPlayerPlus 16 and when I try to upgrade to Real Player Plus the message says that "it appears that you have an account and the item was removed from the order".......I cannot find a way to contact support........how can I upgrade?
