STILL NOT Working right!

I followed supplied "answer" below. Real-downloader still intermittent and very "buggy". Sometimes quits and needs restart. Will not support multiple downloads anymore.

I am signed in, per the instructions.

Please Refund and supply link to OLD version that works correctly.

I have purchased the $27 upgrade to Real-player / Realdownloader and installed the program.

 

It does not download any faster.

The Realdownloader often has the "Upgrade" banner appear across the download screen.

The real-player keeps popping up with the "Upgrade" nag screen.

Downloader will initially download 2 items at a time, but will then go back down to 1.

Downloader will usually stop any downloads after about 5 downloads.

A previous version I had would download several at a time. Not sure if it was a "free" program from long ago or one I had purchased. It also allowed for individual (multiple) download pause.

 

I have tried re-installing the program.

I have rebooted the pc several times.

Realdownloader version shows: 18.1.10.217

 

What did I pay for?

Can I revert to the "very" old program that allowed multiple downloads without nags or freeze-ups?
