It's take too long from LIBRARY

It's taking almost 7 minutes from the library to play any file. I Uninstalled & reinstalled and IS DOING THE SAME THING.

  Please try these steps to clean uninstall RealPlayer and see if you are still having the same problem.

  MAKING A DVD THE SOFTWARE IS FAR TO SLOW VERY POOR, THE RECODING AND BURNING, WELL NEVER GOT TO THE BURNING, IT WAS TAKING MORE THAN ONE HOUR TO RECODE AND EVEN THEN THE RECODING HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED, INDEED, I WENT SHOPPING TAKING 2 HOURS OR MORE AND ON MY RETURN, I WAS EXPECTING THE DVD BE BURNED, BUT NO, THE SOFTWARE WAS STILL  RECODING, THE SOFTWARE USLESS, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND i CAN SSURE MEMBERS NOT WORTH MONEY I SPENT, HAD REALPLAYER BEEN IN THE UK, I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT TRADING STANDARDS IN TO INVESTIGATE,

  How long are the files that you are trying to burn? Also, please let me know what format it is that you are trying to burn?

  I unstalled and reinstalled, very little difference if any, I unstalled it again and will not be reinstalling, just put down to a bad experience, in addition, there is very little or no tamplates to pick, indeed, the burn picks the templates for you giving you no choice whatsoever,
