The Real Player is not working

Hi, I have purchased the real player plus and installed at my computer (window 10).  But when I tried to play the video, the computer shown: The Real Player is stop operating and closed.  The same message also shown when I tried to burn the disk.  I have uninstalled it and installed this again, the problem is still exist.

When I installed the free version, I can play the video, but of course, some functions are not allowed.

Please tell me what to do.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

  Real Network Team,

  In spite of doing everything as per your instructions still my Real Player is not working. I uninstalled the Real Player and again downloaded it but still is not working,

  I purchased real play plus this morning and unable to play DVD on it,

  The add ot update to real play plus continues to pop  up. saying I need to purchase the program in order to play dvds.

  Dilip,

  Can you please describe what is not working in RealPlayer. If you are not able to play a video, please install k-lite codec pack.

  Richard,

  You will need to sign in with the email address you used to purchased RealPlayer Plus. Once you are signed in, it will unlock your paid features and you won't be prompted to upgrade. Here are instructions to sign in:
