How do I permanently stop getting this message RPSYSTRAY HAS STOPPED WORKING in Real Player?

  You are receiving this because RealPlayer was not installed properly or something might have happened to the installation due to some crashes. Reinstalling RealPlayer should help resolve the issue. You can resolve the issue by following the instructions from the below link.

  Real player is currently having problems with FaceBook, however, my problem has nothing to do with Facebook. RealPlayer simply stopped working. When can you fix this problem?

  Can you please let us know what is the problem with RealPlayer and Facebook?

  If you are trying to share videos to Facebook from RealPlayer, please note that Facebook has made changes on their end so you can't currently share to Facebook using RealPlayer. Our engineers are looking at alternative solutions.
