Real Player Plus 16 access

I subscribed to RealPlayer Plu 16 on 4/16/13 Order # 4004909996 and can´t open videos  previously accessible . They were accessible  through Windows Player and in late 2017 they appeared under the RealPlayer label and were no longer accessible . Real Player acknowledges my request but always shows that Real Player stopped working . Most videos  in my Real Player list still play except those that were labeled to Real Player in late 2017 .

  Joel,

  Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.

  We are now offering RealPlayer 18/RealTimes. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer 18 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.

  I've been a member of real for 15 years, and I've probably been able to use it a third of that time, its impossible to get ahold of anyone to resolve the problems. why don't you check by my name Gene Monaghan or Gxxxxx@aol.com, or Jer1v7and see how many times I've repaid the fee to no avail. I just recently have updated to  Plus (again) still won't work, I'm trying to do a simple microphone recording for vocal and that won't work either.

  I've tried to be loyal but this is ridiculous. how long can you continue to charge fees while trying to hide from anyone  who wants to talk to a human? I'm going to switch to Cyberlink if I don't get some help.Bottom line,,, WHAT THE HECK DO I HAVE TO DO TO RECORD VOCAL BY MICROPHONE INTO MY DATA BASE? PLUS USE TO BUT WON'T NOW.
