Help! I have renewed my plan but I am still getting warnings

Hi,

 

Does anyone have a phone number that I can talk to a live person?  I keep getting warnings that my content will be deleted even though I have already signed up for a new plan!  Help!

  We looked up your account and see that you have a total of 32GB allocated Cloud storage while you have over 3TB of files stored in the Cloud. This is the reason why you are receiving these alerts. Please download your Cloud files and maintain them to be within the allocated storage
