I've updated all video drivers, directx,  ect.   when i try and play any dvd,  realplayer just closes,  no error messages...nothing plays

  Something has gone wrong with the installation of RealPlayer. To resolve this, please follow these instructions:

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them if you follow these steps.
