How Can I Find Old Realplayer Downloads?
I had RealPlayer (Plus?) on my old PC 4+ years ago. Right now my pc doesn't work so I cannot download my videos from it. When I logged onto the Real Player website I only saw a handful of my videos that I could download. How can I find and download my old videos?

You can follow the instructions from this link to add files back to your library.

I'm using a Mac Book Pro and I don't see the options from the link provided. My old computer which has my Realplayer videos is a Dell. I'm currently unable to use it because I can't turn it on. Is there another way to recover my videos?

Brittany,
We have stopped supporting the Mac version of RealPlayer. If your previous Dell computer had files stored in the local drive, you will have to manually transfer them to an external hard drive or a flash drive. Your local IT technician should be able to recover your videos.
However, if you had files stored in the Cloud, you can simply sign in using any web browser to view your videos stored in the Cloud. Here is the link to the web link.
