Unable to download and reinstall Real Player Premium

I have Windows 10. I use Internet Explorer because Edge is not recommended. I have updated Windows and ran scan on the file system and registry. Found no problems

  I am not sure why Edge is not recommended. Anyway, if you are not interested in using Edge, please reset your Internet Explorer and try to download and install RealPlayer.

  Restart your computer after resetting your IE.
