NO Disk Burner Compatible With RealPlayer Could Be Found....
I have a premium account with you. As a result, I am eligible to burn DVDs. I have burned them in the past with no problems. However, over the past two weeks every time I try to burn a DVD from one of my files, I get the following message: "No disk burner compatible with RealPlayer could be found. To burn video clips, connect a disk burner to your computer and restart RealPlayer." I have tried overinstalling the program with no results. I can burn audio CDs with no problem, so RealPlayer recognizes my internal CD drive as it always has. Why should this be happening? I have done nothing to my PC to cause this issue.I'm paying a monthly fee to have RealPlayer; I expect all facets of it to work. Please advise.

I did everything you recommended. I still get the same message above regarding no disk burner being compatible with Real Player. My Real folder says it was created on May 4, 2017. I cannot delete the folder because it says there is still a file open. I have no idea where this open file would be. I have considered uninstalling everything REAL with Revo Uninstaller. Would you recommend that I do that? At this point, it is impossible for me to do a clean uninstall. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes, you can uninstall using Revo or you can restart your computer and then delete the folders. We have also sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
