I signed up for Premium, downloaded all plug ins, and still get DVD Premium DISABLED.

  I have realplayer plus but it dont  say it on the corner of my page.So I cant downloaded DVD.Please help.

  Please sign into RealPlayer with the email address you used to subscribe to RealTimes. Once you are signed in, your Plus features will be enabled. Here are instructions to sign in:

  John,

  You can only play a DVD but can't download a DVD. You will need to sign in with the email address associated with your purchase. 

  Once you are signed in, your Plus features will be enabled. Here are instructions to sign in:

  You should see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer if you are signed in correctly.
