I have subscribed to real player in 2015 for once off payment.After 2018 my subscription is not valid and have to subscribe again.I have sent numerous email but no response.I have subscribe again but no official bill and my subscription is RealPlayer Plus Discounted but account plan stated free.I need answers which i have sent numerous emails.Please reply.
