Upgrade to Downloader Plus

I have used Real Downloader for some time and it has worked great. About 6 weeks ago something changed and now you can only download one video at a time while another video is "waiting to download." I read on your support page that another person was experiencing the same issue and the reply was that in order to download multiple videos you needed to upgrade to the Plus version. So I decided to upgrade and went to the web site where I filled out the billing information then my credit card information. The web site then took me to the download page where I downloaded the software. I then installed this software. When I went to use the Downloader it was identical to the free version. There was only 4 items in the menu (no sign in or other features) and you still could only download one video at a time. This is discouraging and I would like to get either the Real Downloader Plus or be reimbursed for the amount of $39.99 to my credit card.
