very very slow download even with HP i7 8GB notebook
Even with above I has great difficulty in downloading. This is so different from before using i5 laptop. Please rectify and inform me.

We see that you have an active RealTimes Premium subscription. You should have unlimited download speeds. It is possible that you have not signed into RealPlayer and hence limiting you from downloading videos higher than 5 Mbps. Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Premium features.
