Missing my downloaded videos

To whom may it concern, As of last week every time I go on my Real player page some of my downloaded videos are not in my library I tried couple of ways but could not resolve my problem can you help please. Thank you

  As long as the files are stored in the PC, you should be able to add them back to your library.

  I have the same problem.  I connected my library to a NAS and it was showing up earlier.  However, not anymore.   Not sure why.  By the way, this also happens every few years or so many updates.  I would pay for it but I hate it when this happens.

  By the way, the instruction below doesn't work!!!  I have mpeg file in a subdirectory and it's not even finding it. I am guessing the index is maxed out again.

  Alvin,

  Can you please make sure the drive which contains your media files from your NAS storage is added to your Watch Folders? Please see screenshot below.
