Sound doesn't match

I usually don't have a problem downloading but the problem I do have is when I visit a site that has a video, even when I am not using Realplayer, it(the download option at the top of the screen) will come up and then the sound on the video I'm watching starts to stutter and freeze and is thrown off from the video. The people's lips don't match with the sound. It lags pretty bad.

  Can you please provide the URL of one such video? We have not heard of this issue before. We don't see a connection between RealDownloader and your videos on a website for playback so something else is actually going on.

  any video on any browser. The drop down square comes on and I hear the words start to stutter and it's then thrown off different than the video. For example, if I am just looking at a youtube video the download square comes on and the sound then distorts. I made sure I had the latest version
