    The last time you contacted us, we were able to ascertain the problem due to a conflict between your 2 display adapters. We had requested you to contact NVidia. We can go over the troubleshooting once again but we feel that you may have to contact NVidia to resolve your issue.

    Would you be available for another remote session? A remote session will allow us to connect to your computer remotely and troubleshoot the issue for you. We are usually available between 10AM & 4PM PST (Pacific Time Zone), Monday through Friday. Please give us a day's notice so we can schedule time with you.

    I too have green distortion, only on some videos and not others.  I am guessing that it involves copywrite issues, correct?  With no way to get around that issue.   Thanks      Bill Baggett

    Bill,

    Can you please let us know if the distorted videos are when playing a DVD or files stored in your PC?

    In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions from the below link.

    If it is already on RGB, try changing it to YUV and restart RealPlayer.
