Real Player has dropped functions and they no longer work

In the last several months Real Player Plus features have stopped working.  In trying to insert MP4 files and create a DVD movie, the system freezing up during the "Preparing to recode files", and even after several hours of "spinning" no recoding takes place, and no DVD is created.  Addition during file conversions, options to convert files from MP4 to AVI are no longer available.  Why is nothing supported anymore?

  We have removed converting to AVI format. Regarding your DVD burn issue, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
